Estee Lauder launches grant program for rising girls leaders

THE WHAT? Estee Lauder has introduced the launch of its inaugural Rising Leaders Lovely Forces grants. In partnership with the Estee lauder Rising Leaders Fund and grantee Important Voices World Partnership, the brand new initiative will deepen the model’s funding in supporting rising girls leaders world wide.

THE DETAILS Recipients of the grants have been honored at a personal celebration in New York and embrace Amina Mohammed, Founding father of Cameras for Women; Consuelo Hermosilla Gonzalez, Founding father of Fundacion Antonia; Olasumbo Adeleke, Govt Director of Gender Energy Africa; and Renata Koch Alvarenga, Founding father of EmpoderaClima.  

THE WHY? Stéphane de La Faverie, ELELF Founder and Govt Group President, The Estée Lauder Firms, reveals, “With the launch of the Lovely Forces grants, we’re doubling down on our dedication to vary the face of management by additional investing in a brand new technology of rising leaders.
