When our seashore journey to Bald Head Island was a wash, Katie recommended we take a re-do journey to her mother and father’ residence in Corolla on the Outer Banks. Easy Fish Tacos
On Thursday night time, we made tacos with recent mahi mahi. Easy, however we didn’t have the hassle to make them fancy! The fish was the star.

We had some laughs at formal night time after being in joggers for 2 days. Everybody dressed as much as head out to dinner!
Dinner at North Banks
We had dinner at North Banks which had nice service and nice meals. We loved drinks on the bar whereas we waited for a desk, and the bartender gave us every an oyster!
