Sunday Arduous Trip – BionicOldGuy -

Sunday is considered one of my two onerous exercise days. I began with about 20 minutes of higher physique power coaching, then did a bit over two hours on my recumbent, driving North by means of the Coyote Valley to San Jose. On the best way residence I did intervals and on-bike power coaching. It was a wonderful sunny day however chilly. Thankfully I anticipated that and was sufficiently bundled up.
